We’ll be at the Griffith Shops from 9am on Saturday 7th December to engage with residents about what we do and the hot issues impacting on our community of Griffith and Narrabundah. Issues we’ve identified include:
- The retarding basin to be built in Throsby Park where the playground is currently. To get an idea of what TCCS has previously built take a look at the Sprent St retarding basin with new playground.
- The proposed Health Centre behind the shops – car parking, public access and possible location.
- Valuing green, open space
- Government policy on residential zoning.
- Redevelopment near you and limited rights to appeal.
